Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

Reshipping fees will apply.
If the parcel is returned a second time, it will not be resent, and no refund will be issued.

Unavailable Products

If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you as soon as possible, and process a full refund within 30 days.

Delivery Refusal & Abandonment

If the parcel reaches your country and:

  • You refuse the delivery, or

  • No delivery attempt is successful at the address provided
